Sabotage

A high-stakes online action game where your team must stop saboteurs, rescue a kidnapped colleague, and defuse the threat before time runs out.

Game Overview

Sabotage is the virtual adaptation of one of our premium team-building experiences. The experience begins like an ordinary training session, designed to lower participants’ guard — and then everything changes. A group of saboteurs strikes, abducting one of the participants and forcing the team into a fast-paced rescue mission.

Participants have less than two hours to analyze the situation, disarm a bomb, prepare a rescue plan, and launch an operation to reach the kidnappers’ hideout. The game combines a strong action storyline with multimedia challenges and live interaction, creating the feeling of taking part in a real-time mission. Professional actors and unexpected plot twists keep the energy high from start to finish.

What Makes This Game Unique

Why It Works for Your Team

Sabotage is designed to strengthen communication, teamwork, and coordination under pressure. Because participants must quickly exchange information, agree on priorities, and prepare a joint response, the game naturally supports both intra-team and cross-department collaboration.

The action format also creates a strong sense of shared mission. Instead of passively watching, participants must react, plan, and solve problems together in real time. This makes the game especially effective for companies looking for a high-energy team-building activity that is both entertaining and development-oriented. The source page specifically highlights communication between team members and cooperation between departments as major benefits, and notes that the scenario can also support soft-skills training.
